Completion of a Comprehensive Training Course Under the Agora Project: Enhancing Leadership and Political Communication Skills

DAR Organization concluded a comprehensive training course as part of the Agora Project, focusing on developing leadership and political communication skills. The course utilized two main approaches: participatory and experiential, to ensure a practical learning experience centered on communication and collaboration between the trainer and participants, as well as practicing skills to enhance individual performance.

The course included a variety of interactive activities such as brainstorming, discussions, and practical workshops. It covered several key topics including public speaking skills, effective communication, advanced facilitation, meeting management, and debates. This contributed to strengthening the participants’ abilities in leadership and effective communication.
